Considering the amount of fluids going in, more toilets are needed! Lack of perforations on toilet rolls make it very difficult to team off if you have IV in the back of your hand.

The only disappointing thing was to be told to come back the following day for a repeat MRI - then the declined after 4 hours they weren't going to do an inpatient but now in outpatients.

Care from staff is excellent. Lack of windows and daylight is not good. Two hour wait for procedure when I was told they were waiting for me was frustrating. Couldn't send messages on phone.

Good. 1 Great treatment, kindness of staff including cleaners, catering. 2 Physio a OCC therapists very helpful. Improvements. 1 Bank staff are a bit hit and miss especially at night. 2 Instead of making ordering meals digitally, the food needs to be improved 100%. 3 Ordering oral morph and getting it need to be a bit quicker. Have been forgotten a couple of times. This is for a patient who is in constant pain.
